Age Requirement: By purchasing a ticket, you are agreeing that you and everyone that you have purchased a ticket for, will be 21 years of age, and possess the legal rights to consume alcohol by the day of that event.
Liability: Blue Night Events, and the parties represented by Blue Night Events, will not be held responsible for any harm, bodily, mentally, or financially, occurring while at an event hosted by Blue Night Events, or while traveling to or from that event. By purchasing a ticket, having a ticket purchased for you, or attending an event, you agree that you will not operate a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or any illegal substance, on the night of said event.
Lost, Stolen, & Damaged Property: Blue Night Events, and the parties represented by Blue Night Events, will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property occurring while at an event hosted by Blue Night Event or while traveling to or from that event.
Photography: By attending an event hosted by Blue Night Events, you understand that any photography taken during that event, possibly containing pictures of yourself and the people you are paying for, may be posted on our website (www.BlueNightEvents.com), as well as social networking websites such as Facebook (
By paying for people other than yourself to come to an event hosted by Blue Night Events, you are verifying that you have discussed these terms and conditions with them, and they also agree to them.
Tickets are non-refundable.
